Terms & Condition (Very Important to read):

  1. (*) Please note that packages are sold on Monthly credits terms. Credits are not transferable to the second month and do expire on the end of the billing cycle.
  2. (**)  Just in case you’re concerned this could be expensive, why not take a look at what else we include in all our contracts (for the bonus clients):
    • Unlimited telephone support during offices hours
    • Unlimited remote support for your server and office PC’s
    • Scheduled on site proactive visits ranging from daily through to weekly, monthly or quarterly
    • Full monitoring of your system. Any issues are identified and reported to the advanced monitoring systems in our office every five minutes throughout the day, every day
  3. Our contract customers  benefit from a reduced hourly rate and because you can have a fixed monthly fee you can budget for your IT expenditure.
