The idea behind HY started in 1998 in Alkhaleej news paper “جريدة الخليج”  ISC (Information Systems Center). An Arabic daily publication that was one of the pioneers in the region to have its unique online presence under the vision and leader ship of Mr. Dr. Osama Abu Lebdeh.  “دكتور اسامة أبو لبده”.
